Swiss Chocolate a la casse
Swiss Chocolate is a handmade chocolate made in plate. Our chocolatiers sink dark chocolate or milk on nuts, fruit or any other assortment.
These plates are sold at retail, broken beforehand and sold by weight to the greedy. This thick chocolate of 1 to 2 cm is systematically decorated with hazelnuts or whole almonds and accompanied by fruits or other tasty ingredients.
